| The transaxillary incision is made in the
 skin folds of the armpit.
  The incision is approximately 2-4 cm in length.
 The implant can be placed below the muscle with this technique.
 With the transaxillary approach an endosope 
              (tiny telescope) is sometimes used, to assist
 in making an accurate pocket for the implant
 to be placed.
