Dr. Gregory Waslen began his practice in Calgary in 1980, offering both reconstructive as well as cosmetic surgery. He is presently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastics at the University of Calgary and Director of the Plastic Surgery Centre.

Bringing more than 25 years of experience to his plastic surgery practice, Dr. Waslen is considered among the top in the field. He is regularly sought as an expert to present and demonstrate cosmetic surgical procedures to the Plastic Surgery Societies across Canada and the United States.

Dr. Waslen has performed over 5000 breast augmentations using saline and gel implants either under or over the chest muscle. This experience helps provide the best advice for each patients’ choice of implant, size, type, placement and incision. Digital images of before and after photos are used to help determine the procedure best suited for each individual patient.
