Dr. Brian Miller received his BSc (medicine) and Doctor of Medicine, with distinction, from the University of Saskatchewan in 2000. Following this he completed 5 years of specialty residency training in plastic surgery at Dalhousie University in Halifax. At Dalhousie, Dr. Miller received awards for excellence in clinical research from both the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Atlantic Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Dr. Miller is board certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC), having successfully completed his plastic surgery board exams in 2004. Following this, he went on to one year of advanced clinical training at the University of Washington and Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

In 2005, Dr. Miller established his medical practice in Kelowna. He maintains full privileges at Kelowna General Hospital as an active member of the medical staff. Dr. Miller commits a significant portion of his practice to cosmetic surgery as well as providing reconstructive surgery for patients with complex problems due to injury, cancer and other medical problems. He is also actively involved in teaching medical students and training future plastic surgeons.

At the Okanagan Health Surgery Centre, Dr. Miller performs a wide range of cosmetic procedures in an environment of clinical excellence and personalized patient care.
