Dr. Edelstein received his medical degree from the University of Toronto where he won numerous awards and scholarships, including the prized Silver Medal for finishing 2'nd overall amongst his 252 medical school classmates. After completing his surgical internship at the Toronto General Hospital, Dr. Edelstein went on to Plastic Surgery training at the University of Toronto for five years. In 1997, he received certification as a Plastic Surgeon.
