I am losing muscle mass
ever year (I get it checked) and need to start exercising -
cardio and strength training. Just wondering how long after a
breast augmentation
I can :
1) Do cardio?
2) Do lower workout?
3) Work pecs?

Dear Danielle,
You can do cardio and lower abs whenever you are comfortable
doing so. As a rule of thumb, listen
to what your body is telling you and you won't get into trouble.
As for pecs, opinions will vary, but I believe they can distort
your breast shape in the long term if the
implants were put under the muscle. So it might be better to avoid
them or train using very low weights
and many repetitions to avoid augmenting their volume.
