I have a DD 36. I don't
know what to do with them, they are heavy and sag. I have a hard
time
finding a bra to fit them. They seem to be so soft and long that
they don't fit into any bra naturally.
I end up squishing them into whatever I find. What kind of surgery
would fix this? Implants or
reduction? I like the size just not the sag.

Dear K27
If you like the size of your breast but do not like the
droop or shape of the breast the best option for
you is a breast lift otherwise refered to as a mastopexy. The degree
of droop and excess skin will
determine the degree of lifting required and the amount of scars that
will result. Adding implants to
this situation will only result in increased weight of the breasts
and subsequent increased droop.
The surgery would take about 2 - 2 1/2 hours and typically
has approximately a two week recovery
period. Dr. Patricia A. Clugston M.D., F.R.C.S.C.,
